Our public shows and events are always reasonable priced. The First Saturday Show Series is only $5 per person, as is the puppet-making workshop that follows every show. Puppet Prom has a sliding scale for admission with a suggested price of $25, but you can pay as little as $10. And if you run into one of our backpack puppets on the street or out and about, hugs and selfies are always FREE.
Show us some love.
If you're interested in meeting new people and want to lend a hand for a good cause, then you might enjoy volunteering at Squallis Puppeteers. We always need extra help setting up and staffing our Puppet Prom event in February. You might decide to wear a big puppet, or maybe you just want to help decorate or clean up. Occasionally we are called on to walk in a parade or play Big Puppet Croquet at a local event, and we need people to be weird with us. Stick around long enough and you might end up on stage with a rock band.
Send us an email and tell us what your are interested in helping with.
Many people have donated odd materials to us over the years and it has helped us keep our costs down, not to mention sends less to the local landfill. We take clean paper and sturdy plastic recycling, especially interesting shapes. Foam and cushions, and fabric of a half yard or more are always useful. If you have ALOT of something please just bring us a sample to see if it is useful.
Surprise us.
